Mayor Daddario called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. Mayor noted revisions to the start time and revisions to the Street Sign Replacement Program presentation.

American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funding Update: Process overview and update.
Utilities Rate Study: Discussion and direction on the Utilities Rate Study Council Member Casillas and Council Member Steiner left the Council Chambers at 10:15 a.m.
Purchasing Policy Updates: Discussion and update on Purchasing Policy.
FY24 Revenue Projections: Process overview and discussion on Fiscal Year 24 Revenue Projections.
Expenditures and General Fund Financial Forecast: Update and discussion on the General fund financial forecast.
FY24 Capital Improvement Program (CIP): Discussion and direction on the long-term capital improvement priorities

The Council Discussed and provided feedback on the Spring Workshop presentations.
