CONVENE OPEN SESSION
Mayor Daddario called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.

AGENDA ITEMS
1. UPDATE ON PHASE I OF THE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER FEASIBILITY STUDY Donna Finch, Assistant to the City Manager, introduced the item and Nestor Bottino, Steinberg Hart, Alex Keen, Ken Independent Research, Benton Delinger, Theatre DNA, and Justin Tucker, Assistant to the City Manager, provided a presentation highlighting the following: Study Team, Strategic Plan, Phase 1 Exploration, Key Takeaways, Schedule, Engagement Process, Market Analysis, Corona Demographics, Current Inventory, Options, Option 1 Historic Civic Center Renovation, Option 1 A Low Cost, Option 2 B High Cost, Option 2 Flexible Music Venue, Option 3 Large Performing Arts Center, Additional Staff Outreach, Recommendations and Phase II Implementation.
The Council provided comments and had inquiries. Mr. Bottino, Mr. Tucker, Ms. Finch, Jason Lass, Recreation Services Manager, and Jacob Ellis, City Manager, provided clarification.
The following residents addressed the Council in support of the proposed item and discussed their preference option: Don Kindred, Johnnie Griffitts, Scott Ostlm, Amanda Kalkanis, Jessica Silver, Michael Mulligan, and Joe Morgan.
