Dear City Council
We entered escrow with Foremost Pacific Group, a homebuilder, on April 21, 2023 to sell the site, as they are better suited to develop much needed housing in the City. We had two other homebuilders previously cancel escrow at the conclusion of their due diligence periods. This set us back time wise, but Foremost has released all contingencies and are currently working with the City for approval of their submitted building plans on the 19 lots. I kindly request an extension of the previously approved Tentative Tract Map of an additional twelve months to insure a successful project gets to completion.
