Background
1. What is the purpose for the request i.e. what you are trying to achieve or do? Install permanent lighting to illuminate different colors to support Nationally recognized awareness. Ie:Purple for Domestic Violence, Yellow for Childhood Cancer etc
2. What is the scope of the work you wish to see done? Conversation to approve further research and cost of making this happen.
3. Does this request align with the City’s Strategic Plan? How? Yes, #4 Safe Community, #5 Sense of Place, #6 High Performing Goverment
4. What is the desired timeline to have the issue considered by Council? By the End of 2023
