CONVENE OPEN SESSION
Mayor Richins called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.

AGENDA ITEMS
CORONA MUNICIPAL CODE 17.63 HISTORIC RESOURCES REVISIONS AND
DOWNTOWN ARCHITECTURAL STYLE STANDARDS FOR RESIDENTIAL INFILL
1. Joanne Coletta, Planning and Development Director, introduced the item and provided a presentation highlighting the following: Historic Resources Revisions and Downtown Architectural Style Standards for Residential Infill, Background, Recommendation 1 Structure of Merit Listing, Recommendation 2 Historic Preservation Board, Recommendation 3 Architectural Style Standards Residential Infill in Downtown, and Next Steps.
The Council provided comments and had inquiries. Ms. Coletta provided clarification.
Richard Winn, resident, addressed the Council in support of the proposed item.
The Council provided direction to staff.
ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting of the Council is on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Mayor Richins adjourned the meeting at 3:40 p.m.
