Dear Mr. Armendariz:
Pursuant to our previous conversation, AKM Consulting Engineers is submitting a budget amendment request for the WRCRWA Reclaimed Waterline Project. The additional budget is being requested due to the Construction Contractor not completing the work within the original contract duration. The following additional budget is requested. This budget amendment proposal assumes that all work on the project will be completed no later than May 17, 2024.
