CONVENE OPEN SESSION
Mayor Richins called the meeting to order at 3:03 p.m.

1. COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS EVENTS UPDATE
Justin Tucker, Assistant City Manager, introduced the item and provided a presentation highlighting the following: Background on the Community Conversations, Proposed Event types and Scheduling, Community Conversations, Community Celebrations, and Cultural Event Co-Sponsorship.
The Council provided comments and had inquiries, Mr. Tucker and Jacob Ellis, City Manager, provided clarification.
The Council provided staff with direction.
2. FISCAL YEAR 2025 PROPOSED BUDGET
Julie Kennicutt, Budget Manager, and Kim Sitton, Finance Director, introduced the item and provided a presentation highlighting the following: Fiscal Year 2025 Proposed Budget Overview, Fiscal Year 2025 Budget Process, Revenue Estimates All Funds, Special Revenue Funds, Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account, Gas Tax, Measure A, Special Taxing Districts, Refuse/Recycling, Proprietary Funds Enterprise Funds, Water Utility, Reclaimed Water, Sewer Utility, Electric Utility, Airport, Transit Services, Proprietary Internal Services Funds, Warehouse Services, Information Technology, Fleet Operations, Workers Compensation, Liability Risk Retention, General Fund, General Fund Inflows, Year Over Year Comparison, General Fund Expenditure Budget, Proposed Measure X Allocations, Financial Forecast, Revenue City of Corona Page 1 Printed on 5/30/2024
