1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Daniell Whittington, Library Manager.
2. CONVENE OPEN SESSION
Mayor Richins called the meeting to order at 3:04 p.m.
3. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC
Juan Ramirez, resident, addressed the Council to express concerns with the James Street project.
4. AGENDA ITEMS
4.1 CORONA PUBLIC LIBRARY STRATEGIC PLAN
Daniell Whittington, Library Manager, introduced Debbie Joy, Strategic Planner, who provided a presentation highlighting the following: Corona Public Library Strategic Plan, Goal, Approach to Strategic Planning, Research Process, Date Sources, Goal 1 Strong Collection and Services, Goal 2 Innovative Spaces, Goal 3 Community Gathering, Goal 4 Library Visibility, and Next Steps.
The Council had inquiries and provided comments. Ms. Joy provided clarification.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The next scheduled meeting of the Council is on November 20, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. Mayor Richins adjourned the meeting at 3:35 p.m.
