6.1 GPA2022-0004
Brendan Dalde, Assistant Planner, reviewed the staff report and exhibits for both GPA2022-0004 and CZ2022-0004 together as these are related to the same project.

Discussion ensued between the Commission and staff regarding the project's timeline and environmental analysis in the mitigated negative declaration, and staff provided clarification.
Chair Longwell opened and closed the public hearing, with no speakers.

That the Planning and Housing Commission adopt Resolution No. 2660 GRANTING GPA2022-0004 as part of Cycle II of General Plan Amendments for 2025 and recommend that the City Council adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program and approve GPA2022-0004 based on the findings contained in the staff report.

6.2 CZ2022-0004
This item was presented with the previous presentation of item 6.1.
The Commission had questions regarding the project's entitlement, and staff provided further clarification.

That the Planning and Housing Commission recommend approval of CZ2022- 0004 to the City Council, based on the findings contained in the staff report.
