Dear Ms. Tran,
The conveyance of easements for the Sherman well site was recorded in April 2018. We later learned that Caltrans would not accept the easement conditions to remain over properties later conveyed to Caltrans.
Consequently, we are asking that the City of Corona quitclaim their interests conveyed to them on April 2018 to RCTC. This would vacate all easement and access interests to the property allowing RCTC to complete its responsibilities to Caltrans. In exchange, RCTC has placed, in staff hands, a conveyance signed by RCTC to convey a fee interest in the land chosen as a City of Corona Well Site over land once held as an easement interest.
