1. What is the purpose for the request i.e. what you are trying to achieve or do? Explore the options of adopting an Inclusive/Inclusionary Housing Ordinance/Policy to ensure if/when large Multi-family is built in the city it requires some options for residents at various income levels
2. What is the scope of the work you wish to see done?
Provide Council with options for Inclusive/Inclusionary Housing Ordinance/policy to review that includes examples from various cities.
3. Does this request align with the City’s Strategic Plan? How? #6 High Performing Government: Reduces the likelihood of groups all low income housing in one place and the increase likelihood of taking steps toward meeting RHNA Goals
