Chair Longwell called the meeting to order.

Eduardo Galdamez, Assistant Planner, reviewed the staff report and exhibits for TTM 36864R.

Discussion ensued between the Commission and staff regarding this item’s revised details.
Chair Longwell opened the public hearing.
Fathi Manasrah, the applicant, addressed the Commission on the project's timeline and future development of the lots.
Chair Longwell closed the public hearing.
Commissioners made final comments and noted appreciation for the improved project details.

That the Planning and Housing Commission recommend to the City Council APPROVAL of TTM 36864R, based on the findings contained in the staff report and conditions of approval.

7. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
None.
8. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS
Joanne Coletta, Planning and Development Director, shared that the Sajjadia Islamic Society's application was approved unanimously by City Council, and so applicant can move forward to acquire permits for improvement of their facility for use as a mosque.
9. COMMISSIONERS' REPORTS AND COMMENTS
Commissioner Woody requested clarification on the location of the approved mosque application, and Ms. Coletta provided details.
10. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
A future agenda item was noted for the Planning and Housing Commission meeting of Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
