The City of Corona is providing this letter as written notice to your firm that the services for Landscape Maintenance Services NIB 25-0678SB are terminated effective August 31, 2025, pursuant Section 3.4.1 Grounds for Termination of the Maintenance General Services Agreement.
This termination is the result of poor service performance, repeated delays in responding to maintenance requests, and failure to adhere to the scope of work outlined in the contract for Landscape Maintenance Area 3.
