WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING
Glen Smith
Pflugerville Fire Department
“We were looking for an economical way to refresh our fleet when we heard about Firetrucks Unlimited. After speaking with their representatives and visiting with another Fire Department in our area that had trucks refurbished by FTU, we decided to move forward on two trucks. Once we visited the factory and interacted with their team our confidence grew. There we found a group of professionals dedicated to restoring trucks to a "like new" condition. We were pleased with the process and impressed with the final product - a refurbished pumper at less than half the cost of a new one. The Firetrucks Unlimited team is a first-class organization. Their customer service, operations and service personnel are a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive to our requests and needs.”
Larry Hoffman
Whatcom County Fire District No. 7
“We are extremely pleased with FTU and the job they did to completely reconfigure our 1998 Pierce Dash pumpers. The workmanship is outstanding, and the experience was top notch…The entire experience was great from the initial meeting, and bidding process to the work on all 3 units. FTU has been gracious and worked alongside us every step of the way to extend the life of our equipment.” Mark Dillon
Coolidge Fire Department
“Their sales staff and production staff are second to none. Excellent work...great communication and reasonable prices. The truck we purchased was in rough shape, but it came out looking like and operating like a new delivery vehicle.” Charles Shill
Pelham Batesville Fire Department
“The perfect solution to save money for the taxpayer and at the same time provide nice equipment for our firefighters. This fire engine has always been one of the favorite trucks for our guys to drive. Even when new fire engines were purchased, they all fell short when compared to this older truck. Firetrucks Unlimited gave us the option to have this unit refurbished and continue to serve the community and firefighters for a long time to come… The unit came out BETTER than we had imagined that it was going to be. The attention to detail and quality of the craftsmanship by the employees shows in the final product. We are looking at sending another unit to them soon.” Bret F. Scholz
Fort Mojave Mesa Fire Department
“Firetrucks Unlimited is redefining the emergency apparatus refurbishment industry.
Their industry-leading experience, knowledge, workmanship, and customer service is why I chose Firetrucks Unlimited.
