1. What is the purpose for the request i.e. what you are trying to achieve or do? I would like to amend the current facilities charge to provide City facilities for meetings for free for other government agencies when the City has an expressed interest in the meetings.

I would like to provide City facilities for meetings free of charge for other government agencies when the City has an expressed interest in the meetings.
