Authorization: The City Manager or designee is authorized to procure the items listed in this exhibit, up to the not-to-exceed amounts and within the adopted budget, at the lowest total cost commensurate with the quality and scope needed (or, for professional services, based on demonstrated competence and suitability per Corona Municipal Code §3.08.070), either directly from the publisher or through an authorized reseller, using any procurement method permitted by Chapter 3.08 of the Corona Municipal Code and the City's Purchasing Policies and Procedures, including cooperative procurement under §3.08.140 (e.g., CMAS, NASPO ValuePoint, GSA, Sourcewell, Omnia Partners, or other qualifying cooperative agreements).
Limits: This authorization does not add new products not listed in this exhibit, increase any not-to-exceed amount, or expand scope beyond renewal/maintenance/support. Any such change requires City Council approval.
