Background Information
The project is defined as the upgrade of Infinity CIS, by Advanced Utility Systems (“Advanced”) for City of Corona (“Corona”). The current CIS Infinity Version 3 (“v3”) instance will be upgraded to Infinity CIS Version 5 (“v5”) and will replace the current version of Infinity CIS, Advance’s comprehensive customer information and utility billing software.
Introduction / Purpose
Change Order #02 amends the Implementation of CIS v5 Statement of Work as follows:
1. Revision of the Project Timeline
2. Additional Data Refresh before User Acceptance Testing
1.0 Revision of the Project Timeline
The City of Corona approved the project plan on August 5, 2025, defining Integration Testing start and end dates as January 20, 2026, through March 27, 2026.
Integration Testing did not close out on March 27, as the project team needed additional time to complete testing and for the delivery of critical tickets.
As a result, the entire project plan will be updated to extend out the timeline for a new go-live date of July 27, 2026.
Project milestone dates will be modified as follows:
Integration Testing 01/09/26 - 06/18/26
Data Refresh 06/22/26 - 06/26/26
User Acceptance Testing 06/29/26 - 07/13/26
Go-Live Date 07/27/26
Post Go-Live Date 07/27/26 - 08/28/26
Project Close 08/28/26
2.0 Additional Data Refresh before User Acceptance Testing Due to the extension of the project timeline, another data refresh before User Acceptance Testing is required.
