1 The Ask
Approve Zone Text Amendment (ZTA2026-0002) of the Corona Municipal Code to permit religious facilities with a floor area not exceeding 10,000 square feet in the M-4 zone with approval of a Minor Conditional Use Permit, and replace the term “church” with “religious facilities,” wherever cited in the Zoning Ordinance.

Highlights
