6.1 ZTA2026-0001 (CONTINUED)
Sandra Vanian, Planning Manager, reviewed the staff report and exhibits for ZTA2026-0001.

The Commission had questions regarding this item and staff provided clarification.
The public hearing was opened and closed with no speakers.
The Commissioners concluded their discussion, which included a request for staff to remove the consultant's company logo from the Landscape Design Manual cover.

That the Planning and Housing Commission:
1. Recommend approval of ZTA2026-0001 to the City Council, based on the findings contained in the staff report; and
2. Adopt Resolution No. 2687 approving the Landscape Design Manual.
