TNOW Update – June
Total ridership for July was up 19.5% from 2025. Fiscal year 2026 total boarding s were up 4.5% from fiscal year 2025.

Total ridership for July was up 7.7% from 202 5. Fiscal year 2026 total boarding s were up 4.5% from fiscal year 2025.
Labor Day – No Service
In observance of Labor Day , RTA buses will not operate on Monday, September 7 th. Regular service
will resume on Tuesday .
Convo -Access
We are excited to announce our partnership with Convo Access . This is a tool that the deaf and hard of hearing communities can use to converse with our coach operators, front desk staff and even use it to participat e in meetings. There is no cost for the user or app to download. Simply scan the provided QR codes and the individual will be connected with an interpreter in 30 seconds.
We are currently training our coach operators and plan to launch the new service the beginning of October.
10 Low Floor Dial -A-Ride Vans – Coming Soon!
The Board of Directors awarded an agreement to Ro Bus Sales for the purchase of 10 Sunset Ram Pro-Master Low Floor Vans for Dial -A-Ride Service. Vans are slated to hit the road in Spring 2027.
