Proposal for Optional Seismic Evaluation.
Dear Mr. Belding,
We are pleased to submit this additional services proposal to provide Seismic Evaluation services for The Corona Hub Music Venue. Our scope of services consists of providing architectural and engineering services in support of the project’s intended work, according to the following:
1. Develop a testing program.
2. Manage the materials testing consultant.
3. Site visits.
4. Seismic analysis.
5. Design to retrofit the existing building, as required.
Fee Proposal:
We propose IDS provide the services outlined in this proposal for a lump sum amount of $ 300,000 as identified below excluding plotting and reproduction expenses.
IDS Design Services $155,000.00
Material Testing and Data Verification $145,000.00
Total $300,000.00
