Dear Mayor and Councilmembers:
I have been serving the remainder of a term on the Parks and Recreation Commission that will expire on January 31, 2024. It has been a quick passage of time since my appointment on July 20, 2022. I have very much enjoyed my participation in this volunteer role and learned a lot in the process. I also think I have thoughtfully and responsibly contributed to the Commission's considerations.
As such, I would like to express my interest in being re-appointed to a full regular term upon the completion of my current service. I believe that I can continue to add value to the Commission, and it is my earnest hope that you will agree.
Please accept this letter as my formal request to continue for another term as a member of the Parks and Recreation Commission. I promise to diligently and honorably serve you and the people of Coronado to the best of my ability.
