THE HOMELESS SHELTER SERVICES AGREEMENT

The City of Coronado, a public body, corporate and politic (hereinafter "CITY"), a party to that Services Agreement for homeless shelter services (hereinafter “Agreement”), executed on or about May 1, 2021, by and between CITY and St. Vincent de Paul Village, Inc., DOES HEREBY EXTEND the Agreement for one year.
The term of the Agreement, by this extension, shall be for a total period of one (1) year following commencement, and shall terminate not later than May 1, 2025.
This extension binds and benefits both Parties and any successors or assigns. This document including the attached Original Contract, is the entire Agreement between the Parties.
All other terms and conditions of the Original Contract remain unchanged with the exception of Exhibit B, Compensation. Please see Exhibit B attached for the revised fee schedule.

Exhibit B
Compensation
As total and complete compensation for providing Services under the Agreement, CITY shall pay AGENCY $99,709.15 for one year for two (2) beds in two (2) rooms per year and will be billed monthly. Two additional beds per room may be available for family members at the additional rate of $140 per night per additional bed used in a room as specified by the Coronado Police Department on intake. A sum of $5,000 is available with no guarantee or minimum use requirement for as-needed shelter beds if the CITY requires additional capacity. The total compensation under this Agreement for the extension period of one year shall not exceed $105,000. The AGENCY shall send/email the CITY a Request for Reimbursement (RFR) for each additional bed, and the City of Coronado shall pay the AGENCY within thirty (30) days from receipt of the RFR.
There are no reimbursable costs under this Agreement.
