CITY FACILITY SCHEDULING CONSIDERATIONS
RECOMMENDATION:
Receive report responding to questions posed at the April 24, 2024 Winn Room Subcommittee meeting.
BACKGROUND:
At the Winn Room Subcommittee’s April 24, 2024 meeting, Committee members posed several questions during the agenda item 5a “City Facility Scheduling Considerations.” Staff were directed to return with additional information.
ANALYSIS:
The attached data summary provides responses to the Subcommittee questions.
