RESOLUTION NO. 2024-59
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORONADO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE RECEIPT AND
APPROPRIATION OF FISCAL YEAR 2025 TARGETED STATE
GRANT FOR THE CORONADO PUBLIC LIBRARY EVENT AND
STUDY ROOM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT
OF $150,000
WHEREAS, the California State Legislature provides targeted grant funds to support important regional projects; and
WHEREAS, the City of Coronado has been awarded $150,000 targeted to the Coronado Public Library Event and Study Room Improvements Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Coronado, California, that the City Council approves and authorizes the receipt and appropriation of $150,000 in grant funds provided by the State of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these funds be budgeted for expenditure from the Budget account 2452000 9700 in Fiscal Year 2024-25.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Coronado, California, at a regular meeting thereof this first day of October 2024 by the following vote to wit:
