NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Coronado in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1825 Strand Way, Coronado, California, on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 4 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible to consider the following item:
839 G Avenue PC 2024-04 – Request for approval of a one-lot residential Tentative Parcel Map to allow for condominium ownership of two residential units for the property legally described as “Lots 25 & the Southern 10 feet of Lot 24, in Block 52 of Map 376,” addressed as 839 G Avenue in the R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential) Zone. The application was submitted by Joseph Sanchez on behalf of Ocean Homes Properties, LLC, on July 26, 2024.
At said hearing, any interested person may present testimony orally or in writing. Under California Government Code 65009, if you challenge the nature of the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or written correspondence delivered to the City at, or prior to, the public hearing.
Please refer to the official posted agenda on the City’s website (www.coronado.ca.us) on the Friday afternoon prior to the meeting for the staff report for this item and/or changes to the agenda.
