1969- Purchased the property, original wooden garage torn down and removed. 1971- major addition on H street side of property with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and second story. New garage was also built along the alley. 1986- Large portion of covered patio enclosed to create living room, hallway, breakfast nook off kitchen.
