FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CORONADO
AND THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF CORONADO AND BURKE, WILLIAMS & SORENSEN, LLP
This FIRST AMENDMENT to the Legal Services Agreement is made and entered into by and between the City of Coronado and Successor Agency to the Community Development Agency of Coronado (CITY) and Burke, Williams & Sorensen LLP (Burke), and shall be effective December 1, 2024.
Rate Adjustment
After having concluded a positive annual performance review, current rates will be adjusted as reflected below effective December 1, 2024:
Fixed Monthly Retainer
(first 80 hours of General City Services)
$21,555
General City Services $285/hour
Tort Litigation and Code Enforcement $317/hour
Special Legal Services $374/hour
Third Party Reimbursable Legal Services $482/hour
Paralegals $183/hour
Except as provided herein, all other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
By signing below, each signatory warrants and represents that they executed this Agreement in their authorized capacity, and that they have the authority to bind the entity listed below to contractual obligations.
