If the company can get on base pick up access that would lower traffic on the island because Uber/Lyft wouldn't be used for locations on the island however there would have to be more Great experience! Keep it going! Very friendly driver, came within 10 minutes, will take it Thank you

There has been a lot of discussion re tipping drivers. Recommend enabling the app to do 92118 this. We took the express spur of the moment and none of us had cash to tip. 92118

92118 Love the service!
92118 It the first time using your service, but I think it will be a wonderful option to have in Coronado. 92118 Excellent service. Would hope if the service is available all year rounc 92118 Keep the cars
92118 Awesome service, Herman was the best! Hope to continue using this service! 92118 The driver was wonderful but I don't remember his name. 92118 Love it!!
92118 Herman very nice
92118 Have given up on this
92118
92118 First time using this service. I has forgotten this was an option this summer and we are System is very unreliable, though this trip had a short wait time it was the first successful ride 92118 I called as the others took 10 min to respond and then had 20+ minute wait time. However it I really liked the service but I think there's a disconnect with the app. I was told it would be 92118 seven minutes then two minutes then 13 minutes.... Very unreliable. 92118
92118 Maybe an option for a ride share or not a ride share. 92118 We were all very thankful for the ride. We were all very tired from a very busy day. 92118
92118 Love the service!!'
92118 We were at a friend's house for dinner and had too much to drink so this ride was invaluable 92118
92118 I used the awrvuce twice in the last couple days and found it helpful and a nice alternative to 92118 Love it so much! Please keep it!!!!
92118 Great experience!!!
92118 If like to be able to tip electronically
92118 Please continue.
92118 Great service, came faster then the free summer shuttle 92118 Love the Circuit!! Keep it around please.
92118
92118 The ride was there when I needed it. Very grateful. I don't think I could have walked it, which 92118 Love the service
92118 The entire family took yhe cart. Great ride, fun and safe. Thank you! Several times I have been unable to book it due to all vehicles being busy. Including one time 92118 we rode it to dinner but was unable to ride home due to it being busy.
Hello, today is July 4th.... I am trying to schedule a pick for today. According to your Website 92118 you are open for business starting at 8 a.m. Please remove your Missed Calls, as I need a The routing software is awful. We were picked up downtown, it was a short ride to our 92118 destination....the driver turned around went to Ferry Landing a pickup, and so on. Took us 92118 4 occasions. 1. Fast pickup 2. Prolonged wait time drove. 3. 20 minutes wait. 4. Ditto of 2nd 92118 Driver was not familiar with quicker alternative routes 92118
92118
Yes. I think too many young people are using it instead of walking or ridimg a bike. I would 92118 like to see it used more for adults, at least over 18. I have had numerous times when it was Great service especially for those who have difficulty traveling around. I'm more inclined to go 92118 businesses around since we don't have to consider parking and driving. 92118
92118 Great service-thrilled to have it!
92118 Calm environment
Attachment 2
92118 I think this really helps eliminate parking problems- usually when I visit my friend who loves 92118 It looked like the app Frederick was using didn't give great navigation directions. Frederick 92118 WE LOVE ALEX, HE IS THE BEST AND IS SO NICE !!!!
92118 All very good. Keep it up r3
92118 Such a great experience
92118
92118 Great option for town and will definitely use again. It avoids traffic, parking issues and 92118 This ride saved me. I had three kids in different places. This was so helpful for me to get my 92118 We love the service in Coronado, hope it can stay 92118 Great service please continue after the summer!
It was upsetting because the ETA said 7 mins away but the ETA remained the same for 10 92118 minutes. I eventually cancelled the ride but it was frustrating having to wait so long without Brooke was an amazing driver. My sister and I had such a great experience. Brooke was so 92118 kind and sweet. She really went out of her way to make our day. We plan to use the Islander 92118 Yes. I love this service so so so so so so so so much, but if it started costing money I'm sorry 92118 tried to use service twice. not available
Prefer summer shuttle to just run through June-sept instead of replacing it with this. Does not 92118 work well Wait is forever then the driver will just cancel Don't fix what isn't broken 92118 Herman is so nice, i felt very safe.
92118 We Love the Circuit! Hope it is in Coronado to stay! 92118 I hope it stays in Coronado
92118 Love this service - please keep it long term
92118
Was told repeatedly no drivers were available and then suddenly one was 2 minutes away 92118 and driver reported that she had not been at all busy. 92118
Driver was pleasant and vigilant. Note: Circuit app to arrive did not match the actual. Arrival 92118 was 3 minutes early, but driver stopped and looked for me. 92118
92118 No
92118 Nice driver!
92118 Please add more cars and drivers! We love this service! 92118 First time using. Loved it!!! Very easy. As a lifelong Coronado resident I hope this will be I am glad to pay a SMALL fee for this (subsidized) service, but would like it to start sooner 92118 than 10am (9am would cover 10am appointments). I comment that the app is not very timely. 92118 Thank you for providing this service especially during the summer when parking is limited in 92118 Sean, the driver was great!!!
92118 Not as convenient as an ebike. A valuable service for tourists, I think. [92118 Love the Island Express! Saves me from worrying about parking in the Village! 92118 Justin made great conversation and was very friendly! 92118 Love this service!
92118
92118 Service was excellent and driver was very friendly and extremelly kind 92118
Circut vehicles are being heavily used by minors. The drivers need to have a sign they can 92118 point to to deny no driving age minors. I have seen kids that weigh less than 100 pounds on it. 92118
92118 Tim was awesome and the ride was very comfortable 92118 Great service. I would love to have this service available year round. 92118

I hope that the Cays van will consistently have two vans at all times to cover the Cays to the 92118 Ferry Landing area. We have waited up to 45 minutes with a driver available and stranded 92118 Oscar was very personable. We would definitely use the service again. love Herman he is so kind and always goes above and beyond for all of his passengers! My 92118 whole family loves him dearly and he is a wonderful driver!! 92118 Great Service for locals and I hope it stays! Exceptional service and very friendly! Excellent customer service provided by the driver! The mini shuttle is very convenient for 92118 tourists and residents! We don't have to drive our car or ride the bus to go around the island. 92118 Thank you! Pls keep service after November
92118
Great service. Would help the drivers a lot if they had an App that had GPS if they are not 92118 familiar with Coronado. Most of my neighbors are not familiar with this service. Needs more 92118 Service is great. Keep it going!!
This is an amazing service, glad to see the Cays included in the public transit programs that 92118 the city is funding with our tax dollars. Hope to see this service continue 92118 Perfect pleas stay in coronado
The service is getting better with time - I hope it continues after the trial, it definitely cuts 92118 down on vehicle traffic - I use this service when I cant ride my bike or walk to my destination 92118 This is AWESOME
92118 This vehicle turns a little wide, and the app didn't update our location properly, but as a 92118 We love Circuit and hope it stays in Coronado!
Our driver was great. He was courteous he offered myself and my husband a ride on a hot 92118 day. Would love to be able to schedule a ride in advance. 92118 I love this service!
92118 Anthony was very friendly and we enjoyed our trip very muct 92118
92118 Please keep this service. It's wonderful.
92118
92118 This service is amazing!!
92118
92118 No love this
92118 Excellent customer service
Excellent experience. The driver, Herman, was prompt, polite and friendly. The vehicle was 92118 the electric car, not the minivan or larger van. This was the first time I used the Island 92118 Great service
92118 Driver was friendly but vehicle felt cheap and uncomfortable. there are 2 Cays vans but only one has been staffed the last few times | rode it. Several 92118 times I have not been able to get a van, trying for 20+minutes over and over, I gave upave 92118
92118 Driver remembered me from previous Ride he was very nice 92118
[92118
I have taken 4 rides - all were great, but one driver was not ready at 10:00 am - he was 92118 delayed cleaning his vehicle- and no call back when I checked on starts - waited 24 92118 This has been a great service to our community!
92118
92118 This is a fantastic idea especially during the summer when there's so much limited parking, it 92118 If the hours were a little longer.
92118 Brooke, our driver, was so sweet and I enjoyed hearing about her experience so far as a 92118 Fantastic service. Loved it!

92118 Thank you

92118
If this system is to work, it definitely needs more rides with better availability. Otherwise, it's 92118 just a waste. The Shuttle is much easier to get, and reliable. 92118 Great experience. We typically rise bus or Uber. This was fun ad better 92118 Great program. Please keep it going. Hopefully it stays free, but a small flat rate would be 92118 Herman was very nice and very friendly and helpful 92118 Thank you
92118
92118 This service is excellent for senior citizens. Please keep it! 92118
92118 Later hours on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Until midnight. Mallke the app available for I had ordered a ride and a ride was confirmed; the wait time was 4-5 minutes and while I was 92118 waiting I saw my ride drive by completely full and no attempt to stop . Disappointed in the 92118
92118
This is a fantastic service! I hope you will keep it to help the seniors —like my parents—in 92118 Coronado. Once my parents stop driving, it could be a game changer for their quality of life. 92118 First few times of using were great. After that the wait was very long and generally go 92118 Hipe you stay
I tried twice to get the Circuit, once from the cats to village and once from village to Cays and 92118 had NO luck getting a pick up either time. The app just scrolled and said no driver available. 92118
92118 Great service for the island. Definitely gonna help cut down traffic 92118
I live in Coronado Shores my driver said only the large van is allowed into the complex for 92118 pick ups. I don't understand why as it really limits the availability for us at the Shores. 92118 Very good and convinient
I was disappointed to open the app for use and find that at 9:05PM the service was already 92118 concluded fo the evening. It seems longer summer hours are needed. 92118 Please continue the service. We love it
92119 Jasmine was great
92120 Herman was a great driver and very knowledgeable of the island. 92122
This was great because we are staying on the island for 10 days and keeps our car off the 92123 road, saves us on parking while dining. I suggest adding a better map for drivers that 92123 I love your service. Please don't discontinue
92123
