RESOLUTION NO. 2025-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORONADO, CALIFORNIA, TO REMOVE, MODIFY, OR
INSTALL VARIOUS BLUE, RED, WHITE, AND YELLOW CURB
ZONES THROUGHOUT THE CITY
WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code, Division 11, Chapter 9 authorizes local authorities to prohibit ore restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles by ordinance or resolution, and
WHEREAS, Coronado Municipal Code Section 56.30.020 states the Coronado City Council may establish, by resolution, regulations which prohibit or restrict the parking or standing of vehicles;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Coronado as follows:
1. That the City’s registry of blue curb zones, maintained by the Public Services and Engineering Division, be modified as follows (with changes shown in strikeout/underline format):
7. Seventh Street
B. The first second, third and last diagonal parking stalls on the north side of the street between beginning at C Avenue and ending at the alley of Block 89.
22. Adella Avenue
C. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the easterly curb line of Adella Avenue and the centerline of Tenth Street, thence southerly along said curb line a distance of forty-five (145) feet to the true point of beginning; thence southerly along said curb line a distance of twenty (20) feet.
66. Ocean Boulevard
A. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the south curb line of Ocean Boulevard and the prolongation of the south curb line of Isabella Avenue; thence easterly along said south curb line a distance of forty-two (42) twenty-nine (29) feet to the point of true beginning; thence continuing east a distance of twenty (20) feet.
C. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the south curb line of Ocean Boulevard and the prolongation of the west curb line of Ocean Drive; thence westerly along said south curb line a distance of twentyfive (25) thirty-three feet to the point of true beginning; thence continuing west a distance of twenty (20) feet.

5. Fifth Avenue
G. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the east curb line of Pomona Avenue and the prolongation of the north curb line of Fifth Street; thence easterly along said north curb line a distance of fifty-eight (58) feet to the true point of beginning; thence easterly a distance of three (3) feet (adjacent to the driveway at 1505 Fifth Avenue).
H. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the east curb line of Pomona Avenue and the prolongation of the north curb line of Fifth Street; thence easterly along said north curb line a distance of seventyone (71) feet to the true point of beginning; thence easterly a distance of three (3) feet (adjacent to the driveway at 1505 Fifth Avenue).
9. Ninth Street
P. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the west curb line of C Avenue and the prolongation of the south curb line Ninth Street; thence westerly along said south curb line a distance of twenty-eight (28) thirtyfive (35) feet to the true point of beginning; thence easterly a distance of fourteen (14) twenty-one (21) feet.
16. F Avenue
M. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the south curb line of Tenth Street and the prolongation of the west curb line of F Avenue; thence southerly along said west curb line a distance of fifty-five (55) feet to the true point of beginning; thence southerly a distance of three (3) feet (adjacent to the driveway at 1004 F Avenue).
N. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the south curb line of Tenth Street and the prolongation of the west curb line of F Avenue; thence southerly along said west curb line a distance of eighty-four (84) feet to the true point of beginning; thence southerly a distance of three (3) feet (adjacent to the driveway at 1004 F Avenue).
38. Cajon Place
A. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the west curb line of Glorietta Boulevard and the prolongation of the south curb line of Cajon Place; thence easterly along said south curb line a distance of two hundred seventy-seven (277) feet to the true point of beginning; thence easterly a distance of twenty-four (24) feet.
B. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the west curb line of Guadalupe Avenue and the prolongation of the north curb line of Cajon Place; thence westerly along said north curb line a distance of seventyseven (77) feet to the true point of beginning; thence westerly a distance of twenty-six (26) feet.
45. Flora Avenue

Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the eastern curb line of Isabella Avenue and the north curb line of Flora Avenue; thence easterly along said north curb line a distance of two hundred (200) feet to the true point of beginning; thence easterly along said north curb line a distance of three (3) feet (adjacent to driveway at 1015 Flora).
S. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the eastern curb line of Isabella Avenue and the north curb line of Flora Avenue; thence easterly along said north curb line a distance of two hundred fifteen (215) feet to the true point of beginning; thence easterly along said north curb line a distance of three (3) feet (adjacent to driveway at 1015 Flora).
T. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the eastern curb line of Isabella Avenue and the north curb line of Flora Avenue; thence easterly along said north curb line a distance of two hundred thirty (230) feet to the true point of beginning; thence easterly along said north curb line a distance of three (3) feet (adjacent to driveway at 1021 Flora)
66. Ocean Boulevard
T. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the south curb line of Ocean Boulevard and the prolongation of the west curb line of Ocean Drive; thence westerly along said south curb line a distance of twentyfive (25) feet to the point of true beginning; thence continuing west a distance of eleven (11) feet.
70. Palm Avenue
G. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the northern curb line of Palm Avenue and the west curb line of G Avenue; thence northerly along said north curb line a distance of two hundred five (205) feet to the true point of beginning; thence northerly along said north curb line a distance of thirteen (13) feet.
3. That the City’s registry of white curb zones, maintained by the Public Services and Engineering Division, be modified as follows (with changes shown in strikeout/underline format):
66. Ocean Boulevard
A. Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the south curb line of Ocean Boulevard and the prolongation of the south curb line of Isabella Avenue; thence easterly westerly along said south curb line a distance of two (2) eleven (11) feet to the point of true beginning; thence continuing east a distance of forty (40) feet.
4. That the City’s registry of yellow curb zones, maintained by the Public Services and Engineering Division, be modified as follows (with changes shown in strikeout/underline format):
