The Closed Session Meeting of the City Council was called to order at 9:08 a.m. on August 11, 2025, in the Crown Conference Room at City Hall with Mayor Duncan presiding.

3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Each person wishing to speak before the City Council on only matters listed on this agenda shall approach the City Council, give their name, and limit comments to three (3) minutes. Members of the public may also submit written comments on the City’s website, via email or request to provide live public comment via Zoom during the meeting.
