1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL AND SALUTE TO THE FLAG
Mayor Lee called the Special Meeting to order at Town Hall Council Chambers, 240 Tamal Vista Blvd., Ste. 108, Corte Madera, CA on February 21, 2023 at 5:00pm.
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Lee, Vice Mayor Beckman Councilmembers Casissa, Ravasio (arrived at 5:12PM), and Thomas
Councilmembers Absent: None
Staff Present: Town Manager Adam Wolff
Town Clerk/Assistant Town Manager Rebecca Vaughn
Town Attorney Amy Ackerman
Public Works Director R.J. Suokko
Parks and Recreation Director Ashley Howe
Communications Manager Mike Morarity
Administrative Analyst Lorena Barrera
2. DISCUSSION OF 2023 COUNCIL PRIORITIES (CATEGORIES) AND WORK PLAN 2A. Review of 2022 Council Priorities and Discussion of 2023 Priorities Town Manager Adam Wolff informed Council that this workshop is a follow-up from the January 27, 2023 Strategic Planning Workshop. He facilitated a discussion regarding 2023 Town Council and Sanitary District No. 2 priorities.
Each Councilmember provided comments on the item.
Mayor Lee opened up the item for public comment.

2B. Review of 2023 Work Plan and Discussion of Specific Programs and Projects Town Manager Adam facilitated a discussion regarding 2023 Work Plan.
Each Councilmember provided comments on the specific programs and projects.
Mayor Lee opened up the item for public comment.

Mayor Lee closed public comment.
Town Manager Adam Wolff informed Council that staff will return with a summary of the complete workshop discussion for Council’s review and direction as appropriate at the next Council meeting.
