The remarks also interfere with the rights of other members of the public who wish to speak and interferes with the ability of those present to listen and understand Town business and proceedings, and may constitute or contribute to employment or other discrimination.

I have stopped the clock on your comments. This is your warning. You are welcome to continue with your public comment if you refrain from violating our rules and disrupting our meeting. If you cannot comply with our rules, we will not allow you to further disrupt the meeting.
