NOTICE TO PUBLIC:
The Special Town Council Meeting will be held in the Interim Town Council Chambers and will not be videoconferenced over Zoom.
Members of the public may participate and submit public comment in person during the meeting.
Members of the public can also send comments by email [email protected] before the meeting. Public Comment will be taken on each item on the agenda.
1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
2. PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEM 3 ONLY
Speakers will be limited to no more than three (3) minutes unless otherwise specified by the Mayor or the Presiding Officer.
Once the public comment portion of any item on this agenda has been closed by the Council, no further comment from the public will be permitted unless authorized by the Mayor or the council and if so authorized, said additional public comment shall be limited to the provision of information not previously provided to the Council or as otherwise limited by order of the Mayor or Council.
3. TRAINING - UNRAVELING EQUITY
The members of the Corte Madera Town Council will participate in a training session intended to teach them how to develop equity lenses to help assess actions, behaviors and policies that take into consideration different starting points and perspectives when working in the community. The training will be provided by CircleUp Education.
