1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL
Mayor Beckman called the Meeting of the Town Council to order at Town Hall Council Chambers, 240 Tamal Vista Blvd., Ste. 108, Corte Madera, CA on May 7, 2024 at 6:00PM.
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Beckman, Vice Mayor Ravasio, Councilmembers Casissa, Lee and Thomas
Councilmembers Absent: None
Staff Present: Town Manager Adam Wolff
Town Attorney Amy Ackerman
Town Clerk/Assistant to the Town Manager Lorena Barrera
2. PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
Mayor Beckman opened up the item for public comment.
No public comment was received via email or from in person or online attendees.
Mayor Beckman closed public comment.
Before adjourning to Closed Session, Councilmember Lee announced that he would be recusing himself from the discussion of item 3.B. due to a conflict of interest as his property is in close proximity to one the properties being discussed.
3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

3.B. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR
Closed Session Pursuant to Cal. Government Code Section 54956.8 Property: 100 Meadowcreek Drive and 645 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera, CA Agency Negotiator: Adam Wolff, Town Manager
Negotiating Party: Seaver Enterprises, LLC (100 Meadowcreek Drive, LLC) and Namack Management, Inc. (645 Tamalpais Drive)
Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 6:03pm.
4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION AND REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION May 7, 2024 Corte Madera Town Council Special Meeting Minutes 2 Closed Session ended at 6:31pm and Council reconvened in Open Session at 6:32pm. Mayor Beckman announced there was no reportable action regarding either of the Closed Session items.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Beckman adjourned the Special Closed Session meeting at 6:33pm and proceeded to the Regular Town Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
