1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL
Vice Mayor Ravasio called the Meeting of the Town Council to order at the Town Council Chambers, 300 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera, CA on May 21, 2024 at 5:09PM.
Councilmembers Present: Vice Mayor Ravasio, Councilmembers Casissa, Lee and Thomas Councilmembers Absent: Mayor Beckman
Staff Present: Town Manager Adam Wolff
Town Attorney Amy Ackerman
Assistant Town Manager Rebecca Vaughn
Town Clerk/Assistant to the Town Manager Lorena Barrera
2. PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
Vice Mayor Ravasio opened up the item for public comment.
No public comment was received via email or from in person or online attendees.
Vice Mayor Ravasio closed public comment.
3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
3.A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR
Closed Session Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6 Agency Negotiator: Adam Wolff, Town Manager
Employee Organizations: Department Head Employees; Confidential, Professional/Technical, and Mid-Management Employee Group; and Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 1021 Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:10PM.
4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION AND REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION Closed Session ended at 5:38PM and Council reconvened in Open Session at 5:39PM. Vice Mayor Ravasio announced there was no reportable action regarding the Closed Session item.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Vice Mayor Ravasio adjourned the Special Closed Session meeting at 5:39PM and proceeded to the Special Town Council Meeting for Parks and Recreation Commission Interviews on Tuesday, May 21, 2024.
