I. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL
The Regular Meeting of the Fire Council of the Central Marin Fire Authority (CMFA) was called to order at 6:47PM by Chair Charles Lee.

None

Chair Lee opened up the item for public comment.
No public comments were received from attendees or via email on this item.
Chair Lee closed public comment and moved on to the next item.
III. CLOSED SESSION ITEM
A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR
Closed Session Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6 Agency Negotiator: Tim Davis
Employee Organizations: International Association of Firefighters Local 1775 Chair Lee asked if there were public comments for the closed session item.
No public comments were received from attendees or via email for the closed session item.
Chair Lee closed public comment.
Council adjourned to closed session at 6:48PM.
IV. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION AND REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION Council reconvened at 8:28PM.
Chair Lee announced there was no reportable action.
V. ADJOURNMENT
Chair Lee adjourned the Council Meeting at 8:29PM to the next regular meeting scheduled for July 11, 2024.
