1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL
Mayor Beckman called the Meeting of the Town Council to order at Town Hall Council Chambers, 240 Tamal Vista Blvd., Ste. 108, Corte Madera, CA on August 20, 2024 at 6:00PM.
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Beckman, Vice Mayor Ravasio, Councilmembers Casissa and Thomas
Councilmembers Absent: Councilmember Lee
Staff Present: Town Manager Adam Wolff
Town Attorney Amy Ackerman
Town Clerk/Assistant to the Town Manager Lorena Barrera Councilmember Lee did not attend the Closed Session meeting due to a conflict of interest as his property is in close proximity to the property being discussed.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEM
Mayor Beckman opened up the item for public comment.
No public comment was received via email or from in person or online attendees.
Mayor Beckman closed public comment.
3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
3.A. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR
Closed Session Pursuant to Cal. Government Code Section 54956.8 Property: 100 Meadowcreek Drive
Agency Negotiator: Adam Wolff, Town Manager
Negotiating Party: Seaver Enterprises, LLC (100 Meadowcreek Drive, LLC) Under Negotiation: Property Conditions and Terms of Lease Council adjourned to Closed Session at 6:01pm.
4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION AND REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION Closed Session ended at 6:30pm and Council reconvened in Open Session at 6:31pm. Mayor Beckman announced there was no reportable action.

5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Beckman adjourned the Special Closed Session meeting at 6:31pm and proceeded to the Regular Town Council Meeting on Tuesday, August 20, 2024.
