1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL
Mayor Ravasio called the Meeting of the Town Council to order at Town Hall Council Chambers, 300 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera, CA on February 18, 2025 at 6:00PM.
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Ravasio, Vice Mayor Thomas, Councilmembers Andrews, Beckman and Casissa
Councilmembers Absent: None
Staff Present: Town Manager Adam Wolff
Town Attorney Amy Ackerman
Town Clerk/Assistant to the Town Manager Lorena Barrera
2. PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEM
Mayor Ravasio opened up the item for public comment.
No public comment was received via email or from in person or online attendees.
Mayor Ravasio closed public comment.
3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
3.A. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR
Closed Session Pursuant to Cal. Government Code Section 54956.8 Property: 195 Tamal Vista Blvd., Corte Madera
Agency Negotiator: Adam Wolff, Town Manager and Vesa Becam, Partner/Broker, Keegan & Coppin Company, Inc.
Negotiating Party: BCF I Tam Ridge LP (195 Tamal Vista Blvd.) Under Negotiation: Property Conditions and Terms of Lease Council adjourned to Closed Session at 6:03PM.
4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION AND REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION Closed Session ended at 6:29PM and Council reconvened in Open Session at 6:30PM. Mayor Ravasio announced there was no reportable action on the item.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ravasio adjourned the Closed Session Special Meeting at 6:30PM to the Regular Town Council Meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 6:30PM.
