1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL
Mayor Ravasio called the Meeting of the Town Council to order at Town Hall Council Chambers, 300 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera, CA on June 17, 2025 at 5:30PM.
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Ravasio, Vice Mayor Thomas (Virtual), Councilmembers Andrews, Beckman and Casissa
Councilmembers Absent: None
Staff Present: Town Manager Adam Wolff
Town Attorney Amy Ackerman
Town Clerk/Assistant to the Town Manager Lorena Barrera Vice Mayor Thomas announced her request for authorized remote attendance for “just cause” due to a contagious illness.
As Vice Mayor Thomas’s request for remote attendance requires Council approval, Mayor Ravasio called for a vote.
Town Clerk/Assistant to the Town Manager Lorena Barrera conducted a roll call vote. Mayor Ravasio and Councilmembers Andrews, Beckman and Casissa all voted in favor of approving Vice Mayor Thomas’s remote participation for the meeting.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEM
Mayor Ravasio opened up the item for public comment.
No public comment was received via email or from in person or online attendees.
Mayor Ravasio closed public comment.
3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
3.A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Closed Session Pursuant to Cal. Government Code Section 54957(b) Title: Town Manager
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:34PM.
4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION AND REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION June 17, 2025 Corte Madera Town Council Closed Session Special Meeting Minutes 2 Closed Session ended at 6:23PM and Council reconvened in Open Session at 6:32PM. Mayor Ravasio announced that the evaluation process for the Town Manager has been finalized and the next step is for Council to conduct the evaluation.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ravasio adjourned the Closed Session Special Meeting at 6:32PM to the Regular Town Council Meeting on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 6:30PM.
