1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL
Mayor Ravasio called the Meeting of the Town Council to order at Town Hall Council Chambers, 300 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera, CA on August 5, 2025 at 5:04PM.
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Ravasio, Vice Mayor Thomas, Councilmembers Andrews, Beckman and Casissa
Councilmembers Absent: None
Staff Present: Town Manager Adam Wolff
Town Attorney Amy Ackerman
Town Clerk/Assistant to the Town Manager Lorena Barrera
2. PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEM
Mayor Ravasio opened up the item for public comment.
No public comment was received via email or from in person or online attendees.
Mayor Ravasio closed public comment.
3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
3.A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Closed Session Pursuant to Cal. Government Code Section 54957(b) Title: Town Manager
3.B. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
Closed session pursuant to Government Code section 54957.6 Agency Representatives: Town Council
Unrepresented Employee: Town Manager
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:05PM.
4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION AND REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION Closed Session ended at 6:33PM and Council reconvened in Open Session at 6:34PM. Mayor Ravasio announced that the evaluation for the Town Manager was completed and that a salary increase was recommended.

5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ravasio adjourned the Closed Session Special Meeting at 6:34PM to the Regular Town Council Meeting on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 6:34PM.
