1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL
Mayor Ravasio called the meeting of the Town Council to order at Town Council Chambers, 300 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera, CA on October 21, 2025 at 6:00PM.
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Ravasio, Vice Mayor Thomas, Councilmembers Andrews, and Casissa
Councilmembers Absent: Councilmember Beckman
Staff Present: Town Manager Adam Wolff
Town Attorney Amy Ackerman
Town Clerk/Assistant to the Town Manager Lorena Barrera
2. PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEM
Mayor Ravasio opened up the item for public comment.
No public comments were received.
Mayor Ravasio closed public comment.
3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
3.A. PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT (Government Code section 54957(b).) Title: Town Attorney
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 6:01PM.
4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION AND REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION Closed Session ended at 6:28PM and Council reconvened in Open Session at 6:28PM. Mayor Ravasio announced there was nothing to report.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ravasio adjourned the Closed Session Special Meeting at 6:30PM to the Regular Town Council Meeting on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 6:30PM.
