1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL
Mayor Ravasio called the meeting of the Town Council to order at the Town Council Chambers, 300 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera, CA on November 18, 2025 at 5:00PM.
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Ravasio, Vice Mayor Thomas, Councilmembers Andrews, and Casissa
Councilmembers Absent: Beckman
Staff Present: Town Manager Adam Wolff
Town Clerk/Assistant to the Town Manager Lorena Barrera
2. PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEM
Mayor Ravasio opened up the item for public comment.
No public comments were received.
Mayor Ravasio closed public comment.
3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
3.A. PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT (Government Code section 54957(b).) Title: Town Attorney
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:01PM.
4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION AND REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION Closed Session ended at 6:30PM and Council reconvened in Open Session at 6:30PM. Mayor Ravasio announced there was nothing to report.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ravasio adjourned the closed session special meeting at 6:31PM to the Town Council special meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 6:45PM or upon conclusion of the Sanitary District No. 2 Board special meeting, whichever is later.
