1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL
Mayor Thomas called the meeting of the Town Council to order at the Town Council Chambers, 300 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera, CA on December 16, 2025 at 5:00PM.
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Thomas, Vice Mayor Casissa, Councilmembers Andrews (Virtual), and Ravasio
Councilmembers Absent: Beckman
Staff Present: Town Manager Adam Wolff
Town Clerk/Assistant to the Town Manager Lorena Barrera Councilmember Andrews announced his request for authorized remote attendance for “just cause” due to a contagious illness.
As his request for remote attendance requires Council approval, Mayor Thomas called for a vote.
Town Clerk/Assistant to the Town Manager Lorena Barrera conducted a roll call vote. Mayor Thomas, Vice Mayor Casissa and Councilmember Ravasio all voted in favor of approving Councilmember Andrew’s remote participation for the meeting.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEM
Mayor Thomas opened the public comment period.
No public comments were received for this item.
Mayor Thomas closed the public comment period.
3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
3.A. PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT (Government Code section 54957(b).) Title: Town Attorney
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:01PM.
4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION AND REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION Closed Session ended at 6:22PM and Council reconvened in Open Session at 6:22PM. Mayor Thomas announced there was nothing to report.

5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Thomas adjourned the closed session special meeting at 6:23PM to the Town Council meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 6:30PM.
