1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL
The regular meeting of the Fire Council of the Central Marin Fire Authority (CMFA) was called to order on January 29, 2026 at 4:02PM by Vice Chair Rosa Thomas.

Council adjourned to Closed Session at 4:03PM.
3. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION AND REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION Closed Session ended at 4:51PM and Council reconvened in Open Session at 4:51PM. Vice Chair Thomas announced there was nothing to report.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Vice Chair Thomas adjourned the Council Meeting at 4:51PM to the next regular meeting scheduled for February 12, 2026.
