1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL
Mayor Thomas called the meeting of the Town Council to order at the Town Council Chambers, 300 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera, CA on March 3, 2026 at 6:00PM.
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Thomas, Vice Mayor Casissa, Councilmembers Andrews, Beckman, and Ravasio
Councilmembers Absent: None
Staff Present: Town Manager Adam Wolff
Ann Danforth, Counsel of Renne Public Law Group
Community Development Director Amy Lyle
Town Clerk/Assistant to the Town Manager Lorena Barrera
2. PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEM
Mayor Thomas opened the public comment period.
No public comments were received for this item.
Mayor Thomas closed the public comment period.
3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
3.A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL--ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Gov. Code § 54956.9(d)(2): One potential case Council adjourned to Closed Session at 6:01PM.
4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION AND REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION Closed Session ended at 6:29PM and Council reconvened in Open Session at 6:29PM. Mayor Thomas announced there was nothing to report.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Thomas adjourned the closed session special meeting at 6:30PM to the regular Town Council meeting on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 6:30PM.
