1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL
Mayor Thomas called the meeting of the Town Council to order in the Town Council Chambers, 300 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera, CA on June 16, 2026 at 5:33PM.
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Thomas, Vice Mayor Casissa, Councilmembers Andrews, Beckman, and Ravasio
Councilmembers Absent: None
Staff Present: Town Manager Adam Wolff
Town Attorney Richard Pio Roda
Assistant Town Manager Rebecca Vaughn
Following roll call, Councilmember Ravasio announced she would be recusing herself from this special session, not because she has a bias against the applicant or any of the projects involved, but because she is an advocate for open space and that has been determined to be a reason why she should recuse herself.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEM

No other comments were received for this meeting.
Mayor Thomas closed the public comment period.
3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
3.A. Closed session pursuant to Cal. Govt. Code Sec. 54956.9: Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: 1 case Council adjourned to Closed Session in the Lower Level (Jana Haehl) Conference Room at 5:38PM.
4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION AND REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION June 16, 2026 Town Council Closed Session Special Meeting Minutes 2 Closed Session ended at 6:28PM and Council reconvened in Open Session in the Town Council Chambers at 6:33PM. Mayor Thomas announced that Council took no reportable action, but Council did provide direction to staff.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Thomas adjourned the closed session special meeting at 6:33PM to the next Town Council meeting on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 6:30PM.
