NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Study Session Meeting of the Costa Mesa City Council will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall, Council Chambers, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, California . The purpose of the Special Study Session Meeting is to discuss the following item:
SPECIAL ITEM:
1. FISCAL YEAR 2025 -26 PROPOSED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET AND FIVE-YEAR (2025-26 TO 2029-30) CIP STUDY SESSION
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff requests the City Council provide general direction during the Study Session on the proposed deferred Capital Projects for Fiscal Year (FY) 24- 25, the 2025-26 Proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget and the Five- Year (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30) CIP. A final vote on the FY 2025- 26 Proposed CIP Budget is required by June 30, 2025.
