The State of the City luncheon is an event held by the Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce.
Due to an anticipated quorum of the City Council, the event is required to be noticed, the public may attend without purchasing a ticket and seating will be available (not inclusive of food, drink, and parking).
The event will be filmed and available on the City website for public viewing.
