REGULAR STUDY SESSION MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY, MARCH 10, 2026 – MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER –The Study Session meeting was called to order by Mayor Stephens at 5:02 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Council Member Buley, Council Member Gameros, Council Member Pettis, Council Member Marr (arrived at 5:27 p.m., via Zoom Webinar pursuant to Government Code Section 54953), Council Member Reynolds, Mayor Pro Tem Chavez, and Mayor Stephens.
Absent: None.
STUDY SESSION ITEM:
1. FACILITIES MASTER PLAN FOR CITY OWNED FACILITIES PRESENTATION Presentation by Mr. Sethuraman, Public Works Director, and Mr. Adkins, Ms. Qi, consultants with M. Arthur Gensler Jr. & Associates, Inc. and Bureau Veritas.
Public Comments:
Ralph Taboada, Costa Mesa, spoke on prioritizing the Capital Improvement Projects, and on a complete facilities plan including parks, streets, etc.
Cynthia McDonald spoke in support of a complete facilities plan, and spoke on the upgrades needed at the Tennis Center.
ACTION:
City Council provided feedback to on the Facilities Master Plan.
ADJOURNMENT – Mayor Stephens adjourned the Study Session at 7:08 p.m.
